Terms of service
Payments: All program packages are paid in advance. Coaching sessions will be scheduled once payment is received. Payments may be made in full (for a discount) or monthly. There is no refund for missed sessions.
Services: The Coach and Client agree to engage in the selected coaching program package through video conference or in-person meetings. The calls/meetings may last a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 60 minutes and are scheduled by mutual agreement.
Description: Coaching is a cooperative activity between the engaged Client and Coach, which may involve guidance, advice, and thought-provoking discussion to benefit and maximize the Client’s health, money management, relationships, and/or professional potential. Fit Vessels Total Wellness LLC Coaches have received training using the guidelines set by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Responsibilities:
Coach will regularly meet and confer with the Client to discuss the lifestyle and/or career area chosen by the client and provide their insight as to those matters.
Coach is not a therapist or counselor and does not give advise, diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
Client agrees that any actions taken by the Client, which may be directly or indirectly, based upon advice or coaching from the Coach, are solely the Client's actions, and any results or consequences that may or may not occur from those actions are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Procedure: Coaching calls/meetings will be scheduled at times determined by Coach and Client based on mutual agreement. The Client will initiate all scheduled calls and will call the Coach for all scheduled meetings. If the Coach will be at any other number for the scheduled call, Client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Confidentiality: The Coaching relationship is based upon trust, and Coaches will endeavor to maintain the confidentiality of the details of the coaching sessions. However, Coaches are not bound by confidentiality in all instances. If the information disclosed by the Client or others is required to be reported under the Client’s employment policy, or is required to be reported by law, the Coach is required and will appropriately report it. If Coaches are hired by organizations, Coaches are also bound by the organizations’ policies.
Release of Information: The Coach engages in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining ICF credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all Client for possible verification by the ICF. By signing this agreement, you agree to have only your name, contact information, and start and end dates of coaching shared with ICF staff members and/or other parties involved in the process for the sole purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.
According to the coaching ethics, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other Coaches only for the purpose of education, training, supervision, mentoring, evaluating, further development and/or consultation. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed counseling, psychotherapy, medical or substance abuse treatment. Coaches do not diagnose or treat illnesses.
Cancellation Policy: Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advanced of the scheduled calls/meetings to make a schedule adjustment. Coach reserves the right to count the missed meeting as one session. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. No shows or reschedules without 24-hour notice, session will be missed with no refund.
Refund Policy: To ensure a good Client/Coach match, the Coach will offer a risk-free discovery call. A full refund is only available for the Flourish package after the first session if Client decides to not continue.
